Alignment

Place a Total Stick along your intended target line, in between yourself and the ball.

To verify proper orientation, the printed size label (Ex: S, M, or L) will be close to your back (trail) foot OR a printed arrow points to the direction of your target.

Ball Position

Golf ball is placed alongside the ball position section, the area in between the two black lines.

 

Feet Placement

To set your stance, use the inner aspects of your heels and align them to the designated matching colors.

Full Swing Stick colors are for different golf clubs:

• Green = Wedges & Irons
• Yellow = Hybrids & Fairway Woods
• Red = Driver

 

Short Game Stick colors are for different short game shots:

• Gray & Green = Low Chip Shot
• Gray & Yellow = Medium Chip Shot
• Gray & Red = High Chip Shot
• Gray & Blue = Pitch Shot
• Purple = Putting
• Gold = Bunker Shot

 

Putting Distance Control (PDC) Stick colors are for your putting stroke, the length of your backswing and follow-through. 

For example:

• Green-to-Green = putt goes 4 feet
• Yellow-to-Yellow = putt goes 6 feet
• Red-to-Red = putt goes 8 feet
• Blue-to-Blue = putt goes 12 feet
• Purple-to-Purple: putt goes 18 feet
• Gold-to-Gold = putt goes 24 feet

 

**For putting, use both the Short Game Stick's Purple colors for your putting stance and the PDC colors for your putting stroke.
