The golf setup position includes ball position and stance width (feet placement) for each shot.

Ball position and stance width change depending on the type of golf shot you want to play and which golf club you choose to use.

ORIGINAL DESIGN

Total Sticks features an original design of color coded sections:

Two black lines defines the ball position section.

Matching colored sections determine your feet placement locations. Full Swing Stick's colored sections represent the stance width for each golf club. Short Game Stick's colored sections represent the stance for various short game shots. Putting Distance Control Stick's colored sections represent the lengths of your putting stroke.

 

SIZES

Golfers have different heights. Short golfers are expected to have narrow (smaller) stance widths, while tall golfers are expected to have wider (larger) stance widths.

Total Sticks are available in different sizes as the stance markings adjust accordingly to these various heights (see table above).
