FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are golf alignment sticks?
They are simple training aids that help golfers with one of golf's fundamentals, that being...alignment.
Benefits of alignment practice:
- Designated target line is easily visualized.
- Shoulders, hips, and feet are oriented correctly to target line.
- Golfers gain trust in their visual perspective with an aligned golf stance.
Alignment sticks can also be used for golf swing body mechanics, swing path, swing plane, stance, and much more.
Why are Total Sticks different from other alignment sticks?
Total Sticks are the first alignment sticks with a unique design of colored markings that indicate ball position and feet placement, for every golf club and various types of golf shot.
Since each golfer has a different height, their stance widths are different too. Shorter golfers are expected to have smaller (narrow) stances, while taller golfers are expected to have larger (wider) stances. Total Sticks' unique colored markings adjust accordingly to these varying heights and stance widths.
What are Total Sticks made of?
Total Sticks are fiberglass rods, 5/16" in diameter.
- Each Adult stick is 46" long and weighs around 4 ounces.
- Junior Full Swing Stick is 36" long and weighs around 3 ounces.
- Junior Short Game Stick and Junior Putting Distance Control Stick are 18" long and weighs around 1.5 ounces.
